Tucked beneath the elegance of the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge lies one of London’s most exclusive and serene sanctuaries—the Bulgari Spa. This isn’t just a place I visited once for a treat, I’ve actually spent a lot of time here during my residency as their star nail artist, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most luxurious, calming spaces in the city.
Whether I was there working my magic on clients or taking a moment to enjoy the space myself, the Bulgari Spa always delivered a sense of escape, indulgence, and pure elegance.

The Vibe: Understated Elegance
The Bulgari Spa is the definition of quiet luxury. Think dark wood, golden accents, flickering candlelight, and that serene, spa-specific silence that instantly makes your shoulders drop. It’s modern, minimal, and effortlessly chic, exactly what you’d expect from the Bulgari name.
Every time I walked through those doors for my residency, I felt like I was stepping into a calming bubble, worlds away from the bustle of London.
Facilities: Where Luxury Lives
Spanning two levels, the facilities are top-tier:
- A 25m emerald green swimming pool, honestly one of the most stunning pools I’ve seen, lined with gold tiles that shimmer under the soft lighting.
- A vitality pool, ice showers, sauna and steam rooms—perfect for unwinding pre- or post-treatment.
- The most beautifully stocked changing rooms with Dyson tools, robes, and Bulgari products at your fingertips.
- A sleek gym (if you’re up for it), although personally, I always lean toward the sauna and a slow herbal tea moment.
Even when I was there working, I always made time to soak in the spa vibes—whether it was a quick dip in the pool before a full day of appointments or a moment of peace in the relaxation lounge.

The Treatments: Next-Level Indulgence
On my off-days, I’ve had the joy of experiencing some of the treatments as a guest—and let me tell you, they’re every bit as luxurious as you’d imagine. I recently indulged in the Bulgari Signature Massage, and it was divine. My therapist customised everything to suit my mood and body that day, and I floated out feeling like a new woman.
They also offer facials using Augustinus Bader, and 111Skin—perfect for when your skin needs a reset or a bit of red carpet-ready glow.
And of course, the manicures and pedicures—ahem, my department—were all about precision, relaxation, and luxury finishes. Whether it was classic nudes or high-gloss chromes, every treatment felt bespoke and indulgent.

Little Luxuries: The Details Make the Difference
After treatments, you’re invited to the relaxation room, where you can lounge on plush day beds, sip on herbal teas, and nibble on dried fruits and nuts. It’s peaceful, dimly lit, and you’re encouraged to stay as long as you like. Honestly, it feels like time pauses in there.
Every element—from the towels to the tea blends—has been thoughtfully selected. That attention to detail is what makes this spa so special.

Why Bulgari Spa Will Always Be a Favourite
Having spent so much time here, not only as a client but as part of their in-house beauty team, I’ve seen first-hand how much care goes into every experience. Whether you’re in for a quick facial, a full spa day, or one of my signature manicures, Bulgari Spa offers the kind of luxury that stays with you long after you leave.
Would I recommend it?
Wholeheartedly. Whether you’re local and looking for a reset or visiting London and craving something luxe, the Bulgari Spa is a must-visit. And if you’re lucky, you just might catch me there again, doing what I love, one flawless manicure at a time.
